Cambodia is among the 22 countries in the world with a high burden of tuberculosis. The Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Cambodia has given the highest priority to the control of communicable diseases in the country in which the National Tuberculosis Programme (NTP) is ranked as one of the most important.
