The Asian Development Bank (ADB), through a Project Preparation Technical Assistance (PPTA) Grant funded by the Government of Japan, commissioned an independent external evaluation of the ADB loan-financed Contracting for Health Services Pilot Project (CHSPP) in Cambodia from 7 June – 6 November 2001.
