This study was commissioned by WHO/Cambodia to measure the costs of the Minimum and Complementary Package of Activities. Costs of services at provincial hospitals, ODO referral hospitals and Health Centers were measured over three months in 2002. Cost comparisons between contracting-in, contracting-out, and non-contracting health facilities were made.
